The first game of the season for our newly formed team away to a very good Backwell side was a big step into the unknown for us.
After a summer where we didn't even know if we would have a team to start the season & virtually no pre season the team stepped out to show us what they could do.
The team excelled all over the pitch with a slightly understandably disjointed formation but full of energy & great work ethic.
Every player grew into the game as it went in & gave Backwell a good game.
We passed well, created chances & held position & team shape really well
We have a long way to go but the green shoots were there for all to see today.
